Basic Business English for Beginners

This 8-week course, “Basic Business English for Beginners,” is designed to introduce learners to the fundamental language skills needed for effective communication in a business environment. The course aims to build a strong foundation in business vocabulary and expressions, focusing on real-world applications such as telephone etiquette, email correspondence, meetings, presentations, negotiation, customer service, and cultural etiquette.
